Offered exclusively to our customers, this function is available using your online prescription renewal area. If this is your first time using this platform, call your pharmacy to obtain an access code.
It’s easy: Simply take a photo of your new prescription using your smartphone and submit it directly to your pharmacist using our online prescription renewal area. One click is all it takes. Your pharmacist receives your prescription and calls you once it is ready.
Would you rather be notified via text message? Ask your pharmacist to sign you up to the ‟It’s Ready!” Notification Service*. Service availability may vary depending on the pharmacy.
You may then pick up your medication at your convenience, making sure to hand in the original paper prescription to your pharmacist. This step is mandatory in order to obtain your medication.
Free Home Delivery
If you prefer to stay home, delivery is available free of charge. To check if this service is available and find out about applicable conditions, get in touch with your pharmacy.
Here are the steps to follow in order to submit new prescriptions online:
- Log in to your online prescriptions renewal area.
- Select ‟New Prescription”.
- Click the ‟Add” button to access your photos and select the prescription to upload.
- Complete your request by choosing how you wish to have your prescriptions prepared. The ‟Comments” section can also be used to let the team at the pharmacy know of any particularities.
