More information
Before giving you a prescription, your pharmacist will meet with you to examine such things as your state of health, your overall situation and the list of medications that you already take. Afterwards, they will be able to decide on the best way to proceed, in order to ensure that any treatment is still appropriate for you.
Rest assured that your pharmacist will continue to follow up with you in order to make sure that your treatment is still as effective for your condition, and will then advise your doctor.
However, if your pharmacist judges that your treatment is no longer the optimal solution, or they refuse to prescribe a medication, which they have the right to do, they will refer you to a more appropriate health care professional, such as your doctor or a specialized nurse practitioner (SNP).
Don’t hesitate to talk to your Accès pharma chez Walmart-affiliated pharmacist about any questions you may have about this service.
