Not only will this service save you time, you’ll get the advice you need from your pharmacist in order to better follow up on the state of your health – and you won’t even need to make your way to the pharmacy.
How does the virtual consultation service work?
Your pharmacist will first determine whether or not your health follow-up can be done via video call. And if so, your pharmacist will then recommend a remote consultation at a time slot that suits you.
Please note that by their nature, certain follow-ups cannot be performed remotely.
In order to use this service, you must have an Internet connection as well as a device allowing you to make video calls, such as a computer with a webcam, a smartphone or a tablet. To access the virtual consultation, your pharmacist will share with you a web link that you can activate using your device’s iOs or Windows operating system. If you do conduct a virtual consultation with your pharmacist using your smart device while connected to your provider’s wireless network, please note that your device will be using data, which will be charged according to your mobile phone plan rates and depending on your data limit.
